Rihanna performs four times at 2016 MTV VMAs: Video

As the recipient of this year’s Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, Rihanna pretty much ran the show at the 2016 VMAs. Whereas past Vanguard receipts opted for a 15-minute long singular performance or presidential announcement speech, Rhi Rhi effectively chose to hog the entire night for herself, performing not once, not twice, but four separate times over the course of the evening. She kicked off the show with a medley of some of her biggest hits, specifically: “Only One”, “We Found Love”, and “Where Have You Been”.

For her second performance, she delivered a reggae-themed mashup of “Rude Boy”, “What’s My Name?”, and “Work”.

For her third performance, she sang “Needed Me”, “Pour It Up,” and “Bitch Better Have My Money”.

For her fourth and final performance, she sang “Stay,” “Diamonds,” and “Love on the Brain.”
